Procedure

Fill main vessel with deionized water and begin heating to 75°C. Slowly add the Amaze XT polymer and allow Amaze XT polymer to completely hydrate. Once hydrated, add propylene glycol, Hydrovance moisturizing agent and Citroflex-2 and mix well. Add all ingredients in a separate mixing vessel and heat to 75°C. Once both phase A and phase B have reached 75°C, add phase B to phase A with good mixing, approx.. 300-400rpm. Cool to 45°C. Once phase AB has reached 45°C, add phase C ingredients one at a time to phase AB and allow each ingredient to be incorporated fully before adding the next ingredient. Mix until homogeneous.
